Mizudashi Sencha. Mizudashi (水出し)means “cold brewing” in Japanese. It is an easy way to brew your tea without heating the water. By brewing by water, the flavor of umami is highlighted. Low in caffeine, Rich in Vitamin-C.

Recomend to put 1 tea bag into 1-1.5 L water. Leave it in the fridge for couple hours (or over night). Ok to leave the tea bag inside the container and add water. Tea is good for 3 days in the fridge.
